What we actually do
AC filters checked and swapped. Water softener salt refilled. Toilets, faucets, and drains inspected. Bulbs replaced. Plus your monthly honey-do credit — that door that sticks, the towel bar that's loose, the thing on your list. We handle it while we're there.

The honest answers
